This agreement sets out all the terms on which GigForce web-based, employment search advertise and hire website is made available to Work Seekers and Employers.

Registration:

Registration by both Work Seekers and Employers, including the storing of personal information on our database, placement of advertising and use of GigForce search facilities is at the sole discretion and risk of users of our website. While basic checks are undertaken by GigForce all information provided by both Work Seekers and Employers is unchecked by us and it is therefore the responsibility of both parties to ensure authenticity and accuracy. GigForce takes no responsibility for the content or accuracy of information provided but reserves the right to remove content considered in our sole opinion to be unsuitable, likely to cause offence or to be unlawful.

Our obligations

GigForce provide via this website contact details of Work Seekers for permanent or temporary work and advertisement placed by employers. GigForce only undertake random checks and nor does it vet Work Seekers or Employers. GigForce takes all reasonable precautions in fulfilling its obligations. Beyond these obligations the Para Nannies is not responsible to either party for any loss whatsoever or however arising including any loss arising from any act, omission or conduct of any Employers or Work Seekers. If GigForce fails to meet any obligation under this agreement its maximum liability will be limit of fees paid by any claimant.

Status of Work Seeker s & Employers

Work Seekers are not employed by GigForce and Employers are not agents of GigForce Limited. Whether hired on a self-employed contract, temporary of full time employed basis, it is the Employer’s obligation to account for and pay employment tax to the appropriate authorities.
